Yasmeen has a strong public relations skillset, developed over a ten year career working in-house for a variety of businesses at both a strategic and tactical level. One of Yasmeen's key roles was as Head of PR for Reuters Media & Editorial division. This involved building profile through the press for spokespeople & products internationally. Key focus areas were profile building, new product launches, crisis communications and media relations for Reuters corporate social responsibility. Prior to this, Yasmeen worked in-house for several high profile market research/business information brands.

Working freelance, Yasmeen has developed strategic PR and communications plans across a broad spectrum of businesses and sectors, including media, technology and the public sector. Currently focussing on PR for the arts, Yasmeen has designed and implemented publicity campaigns for several productions at Kali Theatre and MUJU in addition to her own production partnership, Mars5 Productions.
